How do I book?
Text or call 667-207-0194. We confirm your service, price and time. A deposit holds your appointment, and the drop-off address is sent once it is confirmed.
Is pickup and return included?
No. Pickup and return is optional and is an additional fee, separate from the detailing price. We confirm the fee with you before you commit. All detailing is completed at our location, by appointment. Drop off your vehicle, or arrange pickup and return for an additional fee.
Do you detail at my home or workplace?
No. We're not a mobile detailer. All detailing is completed at our location. Pickup and return is transportation to and from our location only.
Is the deposit refundable?
No. The deposit holds your time and is non-refundable. It is applied to your total at pickup.
What if I'm running late?
We hold your spot for 30 minutes. If you can't make it on time, tell us as early as you can, using the link in your booking text or by calling.
Will you text me?
Only appointment updates, and only if you agree to them: confirmations, reminders and ready-for-pickup messages. Reply STOP any time. See our Text Message Terms.
Can I see prices for my SUV or truck?
Yes. The price menu lets you switch between car, mid-size, pickup and SUV. Your final price is confirmed with you after a vehicle assessment and before work begins.
Where are you located?
We're a home-based, appointment-only business serving Baltimore, Maryland, and surrounding counties. The exact address is sent once your appointment is confirmed.
